These were done upon request for my sister. All black is a challenge, particularly to ensure I get lots of shimmer out of the piece event though there is no hue nor tonal variation in the pieces. They were also very difficult to create, but that is partially my own fault. As I'm constantly trying to improve my process, and therefore the quality of my wearable art pieces, I've recently started colour matching my adhesive to my tesserae. Working in jet black material on jet black adhesive is almost like working blind. I felt bug eyed by the time I was finished....
