Mosaic Textures: Red Fascinators

This is the final installment of the Textures series. Here again I've used fused glass elements incorporated in the mosaic. These pieces were layered with copper mesh emerging from in between two layers of glass. The exposed copper is pliable, so I was able to form little copper scrunchies at the ends. After doing so a student of mine felt they looked like the fancy fascinator hairpieces, and the name stuck.
