Spring is Coming
This past winter has been the first full winter I have spent in Edmonton since 2014. I've certainly been around for a bit in winter, many of those years, but never the ENTIRE time. I am happy to report that I adapted better than I expected. Having a great parka (a gift from my mother—thank you!) made a world of difference, and I even managed to walk to my physiotherapy appointment on the coldest of days, -26º with a wind chill of -39º (-15ºF and -36ºF for those in the US).
But spring time approaches, and indeed, on my most recent walk to physiotherapy, I saw the first buds on the bushes. Though winter didn't seem quite as long as I remember, I am grateful for the warmer weather. Though I can adapt to the cold, I still prefer the heat!
Today is also the last day of my 10% off sale. There is still time to pick out some new bling to celebrate yourself or someone else!
